Sewage disposal is by private septic system,cost estimates can range from $5,000-$12,000. Permits are issued by the office of environmental health in Kendall County, Texas.
Buyer shall become a member of Stone Creek Ranch Property Owners Association, Inc. (the “Association”) and shall be obligated to comply with the membership requirements, rules, regulations and By-laws of such Association and shall pay the applicable dues and assessments established from time to time by the Association. The property is subject to the covenants and agreements to pay assessments and charges as defined in and authorized by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Stone Creek Ranch subdivision. The current annual assessment for lot owners is $116 a month or $1,392 per year. An additional $50 per year will be assessed by the Fair Oaks Ranch Home Owners Association.
As of 2013 the tax rate is 1.9553. 0.2663 Fair Oaks Ranch, 0.395 Kendall County, and 1.294 Boerne ISD.
